Chen Tien-ai

Production Manager

Chen Tien-ai graduated from the Department of Music at National Taiwan University of Arts. During her studies, she served as Secretary of the NTUA Choir, taking part in both performances and ensemble administration. She also performed with the Taiwan National Choir, touring across Taiwan.

With a strong interest in the coordination between artistic creation and stage presentation, she has focused in recent years on arts administration and production. From 2022 to 2025, she worked in the Technical Coordination Section of the Technical Management Department at the National Theater & Concert Hall (NTCH), where she was responsible for backstage administration and instrument operations. Through working on a wide range of professional productions, she developed solid experience in stage production and technical management.

Her credits include major opera productions and international projects, such as Verdi’s Otello (2022) and Puccini’s La Bohème (2024) with the Taipei Symphony Orchestra; Lehár’s The Land of Smiles (2024) at the National Taichung Theater; the Taiwan Chinese Orchestra’s “Banquet”at the Czech Museum of Music (2025); and Boulez Project (2025).

She is committed to bridging artistic vision and stage realization, and believes that clear communication and strong cross-disciplinary collaboration are key to connecting creative ideas with technical execution.
